The master bedroom has a King bed, a ceiling fan, a 32 inch smart TV, and windows for natural light. The master bathroom has updated granite counters and a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door and a removable shower head.
The guest bedroom has a king bed, a ceiling fan and a 32 inch smart TV. The guest bathroom has granite counter tops and a tub/shower combination.
The dining table has 6 seats and windows for natural light. The dining room has an open flow into the living room and out to the lanai.
The living room has a lot natural light and beautiful views of the bay, comfortable couch seating, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The living room opens right up to the lanai. The lanai has a ceiling fan, comfortable couch seating for the entire family to enjoy while you soak up the fresh bay air and bay views.

This unit has no access to park a car in the garage and requires outdoor stair access to enter the unit. It also has an in-unit washer and dryer.
