Country retreat w. mountain views + river access

Discover our completely renovated country retreat, Fleetwood Meadows! Nestled in the heart of Virginia, this cozy home offers breathtaking mountain views and exclusive river frontage along the serene Tye River. The space
The main floor of the home consists of an open kitchen, dining, and living room. There is a primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed and access to the hall bathroom. The screened porch is accessed through the sliding door in the dining area.
Downstairs is the third bedroom with two queen beds. There is a living area and a bar area. The third bathroom is just off the bar area with a washer and dryer. Outdoor access is by the bar. Outside is a patio, fire pit and a hot tub.
Please note that Fleetwood Meadows is out in nature. There is a lot of flora and fauna so there might be an occasional insect such as a ladybug in the house. Cell phone reception is also spotty so it's a good idea to download directions as well as the WiFi password. A telephone is available inside the home.
Guest access
Keypad entry. Guests have access to the entire home except for two owners’ closets. Guests also have access to approximately 50 acres of the property which includes private river frontage along the Tye River, a swimming hole, and wooded areas for exploring. Nature trails are currently being created through the woods.

There are two security cameras on the property, both located on the front facade of the home facing the driveway.
Other things to note
Private river frontage is perfect for fishing or fly fishing, the river is stocked with trout just upriver at the hatchery. Perfect for an angling vacation. The Tye River is clear and refreshing to swim, cool down on a hot day or cold plunge! Just a short walk down the road is a community center with a pickle ball court, basketball court and disc golf. Pickle ball set, basketball, discs, outdoor towels and cooler all available to guests. Less than 5 minutes away is Mac’s Country Store, voted to have the best fried chicken and amazing hamburgers. Within a 10 minute drive are apple and peach orchards. Lovingston is 12 minutes away with a grocery store, a local Artisan’s market and restaurants. There are many hiking options and access to the Blue Ridge Parkway is only 15 minutes away. There are also numerous wineries and breweries nearby.
