This 1165 square foot loft space includes exposed brick, tons of natural light, soaring ceilings, and an open floor plan. 10th floor, with beautiful views of downtown. Dining space is currently configured as a home office. Huge bedroom with queen bed, new W/D, central A/C, etc. Building includes fitness center, rooftop, close to Downtown attractions, restaurants and Jazzfest.
