Coconut Beach Villa is a luxurious beachfront villa, right on the most wonderful beach on Provo, Sapodilla Bay Beach. The water is so crystal clear. The sand is so sugary white! The islanders have nicknamed the beach, The Children's Beach - a perfect retreat for children of all ages! The water simply laps at the shoreline, because there is so very little wave action. Watch carefully and you will see our turtles pop up their heads throughout the day! If you are really fortunate, you will see our dolphins frolic in the waters off the point! Coconut Beach Villa is a six bedroom, four bath villa. It is arranged in a duplex design, having two identical suites, side by side on one floor, separated by the central swimming pool

Inside Coconut Beach Villa!: The villa is perfect for large families who want to vacation together, but who desire a bit of personal space, as well. It is also perfect for friends who love to travel together, yet have their own space.

There are four King bedrooms. There are two bedrooms which each have two extra twin beds in the trundle daybeds. That means we have twelve bed spaces within our bedrooms. Coconut Beach Villa has four baths, featuring European fixtures, including a bidet, and a luxurious step-in shower in each bathroom. The living areas have a magnificent panoramic view of Sapodilla Bay Beach, which is at your doorstep across our private boardwalk. The furnishings are upscale and comfortable. Pure vacation luxury!

We have included two flat screen TVs and cable, for those evenings during which you just have to sit back from a day in the sun. This arrangement is also perfect for families who want the kids to have one space, while the adults have the other.

Our kitchens are state-of-the-art, with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Counter stools at the large granite islands allow guests to watch the chef among you prepare a fabulous meal for dining at the best place on island - right on your covered beachfront patio! You may dine inside the home, as well, if you prefer.

An Amazing Island - Provo, as we call it!: Providenciales is an amazing island. The weather is always temperate. We seem to have endless days of sunshine and mild temperatures. Air conditioning is almost never used, but it is available at additional cost based on metered usage if you want it. We have placed ceiling fans throughout the villa, to keep you cool on the days where the breezes calm down a bit. These are rare; we almost always have the most wonderful tropical breezes running through the villa!

There are so many things to do! We live on island and we love taking care of our guests. If you have questions, please just ask! We will do our best to answer them.

We will greet you at the villa just after your plane arrives and personally answer your questions and help get you oriented! Please check with us about your individual needs and desires! AGREEMENT: We do require our own completed reservation agreement in addition to the payment, regardless of what the VRBO generated correspondence indicates. We want to be sure you understand all our relevant Terms and Conditions before you commit.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: 4:00 pm Check-in. Every effort is made to offer early check ins. However, completion of housekeeping depends greatly upon the condition in which the group departing on the same day leaves the villa. Our guests are typically quite respectful and they do leave things as they have found them. 9:30 am Check-out

CHANGEOVER: Saturday only. Our villa typically rents for seven night periods, beginning on Saturdays. We are flexible with last minute availability.

AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONAL: Although tropical breezes keep the villa pleasant, optional air conditioning is available at extra charge based on metered usage and a predetermined fixed rate. Included in our rate is a $200 allowance which should cover conservative nighttime usage.

NOTE about PAYMENTS: Please note that we respond to our inquiries personally with our own email address, not with a rental company address. We use the Homeaway/VRBO online secure payment system. Contact us if you have any concerns about the authenticity of the response.

We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travelers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. Please protect your investment and purchase insurance.
