Catherine was welcoming, responsive, and accommodated all of our questions and necessities. The house is all for location, location, location. However, it certainly needed updates. We rented the second and third floors and had limited pans (Catherine provided a new pan, mixing bowl, and pitcher) upon request, but with a total group of 9, it was limited for prepping meals. Location on Grace Bay was great and accessible to the shops and all, an easy walk.

Family vacation!

Great location, right on Grace Bay. Walking distance to everything, shopping, restaurants, potcake place dog rescue etc. Downfalls: construction noise from nearby places, constant tennis playing at nearby place with loud neighbors, loud music playing from the Ritz Carlton until all hours of the night, pool was chilly. Mosquitos! Positives: great manager, very responsive to requests, lots of room, connection to local chef Wayne who made an amazing meal. Highly recommend him for a private dinner at the house! Best dinner of the whole trip and nice to stay in and be pampered! Very kid-friendly middle floor with beautiful deck overlooking ocean. Great gathering place for family. Walk right out to the gorgeous beach and swim in the ocean. Washer and dryer on each floor, comfy beds and nicely stocked kitchen on middle floor. Decent connectivity for WiFi and streaming services.

Stellar location

We had two families 12 adults total and the location was stellar. The beach chairs and umbrellas were awesome, Cathy the property manager was so friendly and accommodating. We walked to and from dinners, and into town. Laundry, dishwashers, very helpful. If I had any recommendations it would be more plastic cups and bath mats, we had a great time

Awesome property manager!

This house is in a great location. We rented top two floors. Whatever we needed Catherine the property manager got for us. She even gave us a couple of rental cars for a day to do some exploring! It was great to have the private pool along with the beach. Best of both worlds! Close to restaurants and shopping. Thanks Catherine!

BEST HOLIDAY EVER!

We were right on the beach on this massive property! It was beautiful. And we walked to bars and restaurants straight from the Villa, Kalookis restaurant was amazing! The views from the Penthouse were flat out fabulous, and the second floor view was awesome as well plus that huge balcony/deck had all the room we needed. The ocean was surreal. One day it was just like glass, it was beautiful. The Beach Cabana was so nice - we spent most of our time there - the frig and power access made it our second home! Karen and Birol were great, they took care of everything we needed, and fixed anything that broke. We will definately come back again!!
