Step inside to discover an expertly designed and spacious interior, perfect for accommodating families and groups. When you`re not out exploring all that Scottsdale has to offer, spend quality time together in the huge private backyard - complete with a pool, lush yard, and outdoor dining. We can`t wait to welcome you to our little slice of paradise!

4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms provide ample space for you & privacy when needed! Tons of lounging space around the home & formal dining room perfect for entertaining guests! Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials. Backyard is completely private & perfect for enjoying the gorgeous Arizona weather. Washer & dryer in home for any laundry needs during your stay.

**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests` entire stay; at $95 per night.

Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.

Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.
While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.

Amazing home in a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. All furnishing were comfortable and very nice, very well stocked with everything we needed for the trip. Hands down the best rental we have stayed in, and the host was very attentive, checked on us during the week to make certain we had everything we needed.If it's available book it, you will not be disappointed!

The outdoor space/pool are amazing! Beds very comfy and the home is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well appointed. Did not want for anything! Home is within 10 minuets of all the Scottsdale action!

Arrived at property and the pool was swamp water green. Immediately reached out the property manager and they came the following day, looked and agreed it was not safe to swim in. Said they’d provide a full refund and told us to cancel with Vrbo. They not only haven’t given the full refund agreed to multiple times messaging back & forth, they won’t cooperate with Vrbo to provide said refund. We had to call American Express to get our money back. DO NOT STAY HERE!
When they came and started to try to clean the pool. DISGUSTING
