Escape to paradise in our brand new, beautifully furnished Sun Life Vacation Home beachfront oasis located in the heart of Key Colony Beach, Florida, (some still call it Marathon). This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium invites you to experience the ultimate coastal retreat with private beach & pool access, tiki huts and BBQ grills.

Sadly at KCBC, pets are not permitted, as per our HOA rules. There is a $500 security deposit hold required to book. It is released 3 days after your departure. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance for any unexpected travel delays or changes. **There is a 4% cancellation fee, even if you cancel within the cancellation period.**

Fantastic Condo!

The condo is brand new with brand new amenities throughout. Very large balcony overlooking the pool and ocean and the private beach was quiet with the great powder white sand. The property was cleaned and maintained daily, including the pool. The brand new beach chairs and various pool and beach toys in the storage closet was an added bonus. Fantastic stay. Highly recomended!

Everything was just right - and then some!

Key Colony Beach was a delightful stay. Our Condo was so nice and the private beach was groomed every morning. All the guests and residents were very friendly and observant of condo rules (not noisy). A great place to stay to be far enough away from the greater Marathon crowds but close enough to go to grocery, restaurants and other activities. Our host was great and very prompt at answering our questions. Thank you!

Even better than expected!

The condo was one of the cleanest I have stayed in (I am super picky). The property manager was very helpful. The private/quiet beach was beyond expectation. The condo views were fantastic. Good proximity to all fun activities the Keys have to offer. One suggestion - stop at the house and look at what is available before you go shopping, I bought some things that were already available in the condo. Would highly recommend!
