College Station favorite! 2000 square foot, Italian inspired, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, living and dining areas. Sleeps 6, can sleep 8/10 with 2 queen futon mattresses (provided). The mattresses are very comfortable and you will sleep great with nice linens. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Great for business travel, wifi provided with desk space.
Kitchen is has all appliances, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and pots and pans. The dining room will seat 10 at the large table.
Living room is super comfortable with great views of the outdoors. We have lots of birds and squirrels for your entertainment!
Home includes beautiful outdoor deck with lots of seating. Firepit area is perfect for gathering! There are fans for the hot days. A large fenced yard with horse shoe pits for your enjoyment. It's a perfect place to celebrate! Beautifully landscaped! Includes everything you need for a luxurious stay. Very spacious and beautifully appointed.
There is a park next door with a great walking path, neighborhood is also walkable. Quite area but close to all the action!
If additional nights needed, please inquire for availability.
EVENT RENTALS ARE FOR MAX. 25 PEOPLE! We do have tables and chairs. If you plan on more please contact host for fee's and other arrangements.
NO PETS
Be advised - there is an additional rental on this property and the backyard may be shared if both are occupied at the same time. But the deck and firepit area is exclusively for you!

Perfect stay for the King!

We booked to stay with my sister and her husband to see King George Strait at Kyle Field, and it was perfect! We stayed here in 2021 for graduation, so I knew it would be good, and the yard and home were as lovely as I remembered. We had a great stay!

The perfect place for a game

First and foremost, you'll want to spend as little time inside as possible. The interior is great, but the backyard is the showcase. Beautiful landscaping, comfortable seating and a fire pit make this home a wonder place to relax after the Aggies win. The location was ideal too. I highly recommend for a great weekend.

Great place to stay easy access to highway

This was a great place to stay for 3 couples that were attending the A&M football game. Easy access to highway 6 with a huge back yard and right next to a play ground. The garage is rented out separately, but there was plenty of room in the driveway for 5 cars and we didn't have an issue. Would highly recommend and I will look for this property for future games too.

Perfect Home Away from Home

This property was amazing for our extended stay in College Station. Close to campus and stores. The house and especially the backyard were comfortable. Some worked while we were there and there were plenty of spaces to set up their "office". Some had the luxury of relaxing in the backyard with the birds and squirrels. The home is convenient to a lovely walking bath and fun neighborhoods to walk as well. Would definitely consider renting again!

Perfect accommodations to suit our stay

The property was clean,well kept up and thoroughly stocked to meet our needs. We were able to relax in the lovely backyard and take advantage of the space to be together and yet the property was laid out for plenty of privacy too. It was the perfect fit for our weekend. The host were amazing and helpful. I really loved the adequate but reasonable cleanup instructions (nothing crazy) as has been the case at some of our past VRBO stay. Thanks guys for being considerate of the request you make of your guests.

Gorgeous Backyard!

The house is as advertised. It was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there, including coffee! Which was much appreciated because I forgot to pack some. Layout is great. Backyard is outstanding with a gorgeous deck and huge yard. Didn’t get to enjoy it much because the weather didn’t cooperate but we will definitely book again.

Perfect for Graduation Weekend

The house was the perfect place to stay for our Aggie’s graduation weekend. After a super easy check-in we found an exceptionally clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated home large enough for the six of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big celebratory brunch with plenty of room for people to sit and linger. The backyard is huge and backs up to a greenbelt that makes for great views from the house. We had no young kids with us, but this house would be ideal, with a small park and playground right next door. The owners quickly responded to any questions and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. Thank you for a great trip!

All essentials needed in the home were available

Everything we needed were made available in the home. The location was perfect for us as it was only ten minutes away from TX A&M campus. We met the couple who rented out the converted garage portion of the home. Nice folks. My only complaints are too many personal items were left in plain sight in the home… For instance we couldn’t unpack because when we opened up the drawers there were underwear and other personal garments in the drawers. Clearly the homeowners still live there and they rent out their home when necessary. There were too many personal items left throughout the entire home making it difficult to fully kickback and enjoy your environment. Lastly, the guest bathroom had no window cover and the backyard was clearly in view. The home owners suggested we use a kitchen towel to provide privacy. The kids were freaked out and they simply took their showers in the primary bedroom where privacy from the outdoors wasn’t an issue. Nice home just wished more purging of personal items had been done. But it’s their primary residence and you’re constantly reminded everywhere you look in the home. That’s okay to a certain extent but this was a bit much and not the norm from different places we’ve booked over the years.

Sorry about the bathroom window but all you can see are the sky and treetops and the yard below the window is over 8 feet down so no one can see in and there are no two story homes in this area. Yes, it is our home, which we proudly rent out year round for many local events and enjoy sharing our beautiful space with our guests and have done so for almost 15 years! We also have an attached suite with a private entrance and sound proof door in between. Socializing with the other guests is entirely up to you, the parking area is the only shared area. We consistently receive 4.5 - 5 ⭐️⭐️ and are appreciative of your review! You are welcome back anytime! Whoop!

A&M VRBO house

Nice house - but a little creepy staying in someones home that actually lives there. Good location but you share the property(renovated garage) with another renter. Our bathtub had not been cleaned but rest of the house was nice.

Also, our description states in multiple places that the property is shared, please read the complete description before you rent again so that you won’t be disappointed and deliver a less than stellar review to your future hots. Plenty of parking and social space. Looks beautiful at night with tons of landscape lighting. Great romantic get away for two. Beautiful, quite, beautifully appointed.

Great view of the outdoors from the main living space and dining room of the home. Our deck is where we spend all our free time. Jeff has a great green thumb and it shows! Lots of beautiful plants, birds and squirrels.
