The property was in a great location. It was clean, well stocked with games, kitchen supplies, towels and the bus stop was right outside our door. Would definitely recommend if you’re planning a ski trip to park city mountain resort area.

The unit was a short walk to First Timer (with easy ski down to Payday & the base area) or the Silver Chair quick access to mid mountain. Very clean, plenty of room for 4 kids & 4 adults. Had a nice area at the entrance for ski/snowboard gear. The shared sauna, hot tub & pool were great, along with table tennis & foosball.

The unit was cozy and very clean with plenty of kitchen items. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the grandchildren. The free bus to downtown Park City was right outside the unit.

Our family had a great time at Park City Resort, and this VRBO was perfect for our group. The location is great, the bus system is right there, the walk to the slopes is so close, and the entire condo is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, perfect for cooking up Super Bowl Sunday feast! Will love coming back!!
We were in town for brief ski weekend. Three Kings 8 was not only the ideal location (literally just steps from the lift), but the amenities were perfect for our group.
There was plenty of space for us (group of 7), everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Checking in and out was a breeze and the hot tub at the clubhouse was the perfect end to the day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent place, great location
We stayed here for a February vacation. The place and location were excellent. Everything was as expected from the photos.
Pros: We could walk to the lifts every morning, not even a 5-minute walk. All the necessities were there and easy drive to the grocery stores. We were able to use Netflix for a movie night without any issue (other than learning the remote).
Cons: None.
I would stay here again if I return to Park City. This was such an easy place to stay and we all were very comfortable and safe.

Great place to stay for skiing! Due to snow conditions we did have to drive to the lifts. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you can imagine that you’d need. Communications with the host was very easy and efficient!

We absolutely loved our stay - the condo was fantastic - the most perfect location, literally right across the street from the base of the Park City ski mountain. The condo itself was very well equipped and accommodated 2 x families of 4 easily (4 kids age 12-16 shared the bunk bed room). The amenities at the condo were great (outdoor heated pool hot tub that felt wonderful after a full ski day!). Grocery store was a 10 minute walk away, we ate in a lot which was easy with all the cooking necessities included in the kitchen. Also got out a couple times to Park city downtown (20 minute walk) which was wonderful.We could not have asked for a better experience, would definitely recommend as a 10/10!

The property was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Proximity to the mountain and chair lifts is good. The living rom was comfortable for our three person group, and probably accommodates up to 5 very well. We only used half the available beds, and all three of us got our own room to sleep in. I would have given it 5 stars, but the walls are paper thin and we frequently heard lots of noise from our neighbors. One morning they were playing loud music at 7:00am. The people on the other side had a dog and small children that we could hear as if they were in our own unit. You can't do much about the noise I guess, but perhaps the management could request that people show more courtesy to their neighbors.

We're sorry your neighbors were not respectful. We do not manage the neighboring units but would have been happy to track down that management company to help with quiet time notices. Great location if you are looking to ski and not spend a lot of time getting to and from the mountain. Very convenient!! The condo has everything you need but is a little dated. Needs a new mattress in the master bedroom but we were so tired from skiing it didn’t really affect us too much.

Amazing location and a perfect lodging for 2 familes!
We loved this unit and it was perfect for our 2 families. The walk to the hill was so short and there is a bus stop right outside the building. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a short walk and were also very nice. We would definitely choose this location again the next time we visit!
The property was great for our group (2 families - 4 adults/4 teenagers). The location was fantastic - short 5 min. walk to the slopes/resort village/village bus station. We walked or took the bus nearly everywhere! The condo was clean and very well appointed/organized. We cooked in many meals and the place had everything that we needed and was roomy enough for our group. The hot tub/pool facility was really nice and we used it daily (I wish it was located right next to the condo, but it was a short walk away). The property manager was easy to work with and responded promptly to all our concerns/questions. We'd definitely select this location/group on our next visit.

This condo was a perfect location for a ski vacation. It’s right across the street from several lifts, and it was such a short walk that we came in for lunch every day. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group - two families of four.

Great location, quiet
Perfect for two families who are comfortable with each other. There are three bedrooms, and the nine of us fit in this space (all 5 kids in one room). Although the entry way was quite small, there are plenty of hooks in the entrance and around the house to store skis, ski clothes, towels, etc. Nice space in back yard (far from cars) for the kids to play for hours after skiing. Hot tub was a 3 min walk. Five min walk to the chair lifts and center of Park City resort, and 10-15 min walk to Silver Star. Lots of food in pantry for "guest use" (thank you!) and all the kitchen items we needed were there. There were a couple of things that needed fixing (toilet paper holder not screwed in, some lights in kitchen didn't work, etc), but nothing that interfered with our stay. We would recommend this cosy place.

We were at Black Rock Properties, but it was great!!
While this property shown for this review wasn't available, the company did a great job in finding us a great condo! It was very spacious and everything that they stated was provided was there and then some. The only feedback I have is that it could have been slightly more clean. It was by no means dirty, but just a little more dusty than what it could have been. Other than that, the views and overall space was amazing!

Very nice condo, but .......
Timber Wolf condos are new and very upscale. This unit was immaculate and well- furnished. However, it is quite stairway dominated. Underground garage parking is mandatory because the main floor door can't be locked/unlocked from outside and there is almost no outside, street level parking available. Very steep stair from garage to main floor, then another stair to the bedrooms. Appointments inside are new and nice but nothing extra at all. Not even salt and pepper in kitchen. TVs are smallest on the market. Towels are Motel 6 thin. Bar soap is almost silly - so thin it shatters when inevitably dropped in the shower. Otherwise, bathrooms are very nice. Portable A/C unit for one bedroom was useful addition for summer visit. Outside deck is too cramped and viewless to be worth using. Hot tubs are next door and nice except 3-part covers are so heavy it takes two grown men to move each section out of the way. Despite good windows this unit has effectively no view except tree tops and sky and condo next door.
