Quaint Location

This little one bedroom sits in a good neighborhood in the downtown area of SLC. Provides all basic amenities for a little weekend getaway. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

Lovely studio, I stayed for University of Utah parents weekend. Staying solo as a single mom I was nervous. Mark was fantastic eased my worries, VERY safe complex and area. Left waters for me, having laundry on site and parking pass was wonderful.Matress was top notch and one of most comfortable I’ve slept on even better than high end hotelsUnit very cleanHad dry staples like salt pepper cooking oil which made making a big breakfast for my son and his dorm buddies to bring to them a breeze.Kitchen well stocked with dishes pans and utensilsEase of TRAX to get to and from U OF U stadium for football game and up to my sons dorm was fantastic!! Just a block up and dropped right off after game so didn’t have to worrry about parkingWas in walking distance to frat houses for parents weekend which was nice too. Very close to Trader Joe’s and sprouts and all shopping needsJacuzzi on property always warm Central to go explore all salt lake has to offer too.In talking to other parents their accommodations and parking and proximity to campus and stores were not as fantastic as my stay here

Comfortable

Apartment was clean, bed and linen were comfortable. Gym is small but does the job for exercise needs when traveling. Pool was generally quiet during the day, it was nice to have it to myself! Walking distance to Trader Joe’s or Sprouts for grocery needs. Really not that far of a walk to U of U campus if you’re okay with some uphill walking. Apartments are situated on a busy street, but the unit is facing away and quiet. Could hear people in unit above, but nothing that was disruptive or intrusive. The only negatives are weak shower head pressure and the occasional bug, likely just because the building is older and it’s the dead heat of summer. AC kept the place cool. Bring an eye mask if you have trouble sleeping with ambient light from the AC and some light from outside. You could set up a laptop for work on kitchen counter with stools to sit on, but not the most comfortable if you need to work for long hours. Had some questions and got quick and helpful responses from owners. I would stay here again, met my needs while in town visiting friends and family.
