Just a very quick work trip. Super clean, quiet and very nice place. Would definitely rent this again next time I need to be in SLC. Definitely better than a hotel. Communication was also great.

The space is clean, new, and close to everything. This would work well for someone who didn't have a car as there is a lot within walking distance. It is a 3 level condo with the garage on ground level, living room and kitchen on the second level and bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor. There is a spacious. The host requires that you purchase damage insurance during the final payment stage so the actual price is 40ish more a night than the listing so thats worth factoring in.

An okay stay

Overall it was fine, but some aspects of the house were uncomfortable. The AC barely reached the 3rd floor room, making the room very hot. Any sound or vibration from the street was amplified so I thought at many points that a small earthquake was happening. There is a beeping sound at night that I got up at 3am to inspect and I couldn't find the source, but it was very bothersome. The kitchen window has no shade or blinds so other apartments can look straight into the home.

Great little property! I traveled to Utah with my 15 year old son for a soccer tournament. The two different levels gave us each our own space and the pull out couch was great for him!

Location for us was key. Our son lives in the neighborhood so it worked out so well. Easy check in, good communication, clean and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and more. As long as you don’t mind all the stairs you’ll be good!
