Great stay on 30A
Review for VRBO
This was our first time on 30A. We loved the carriage house. It was a great private space for 2 that had lovely furnishings. It was a brand new space which was really nice. The space is located in a gated community called the Preserve at Grayton. I can’t say enough positive things about the beach access. It was a short walk from the carriage house, the owner provided beach chairs and an umbrella, There was a beach cart to carry the chairs down to the beach. There was plenty of space at the beach we sat in 1 row across the beach that’s how uncrowded it was. It was a quick walk to either pool, we enjoyed the west pool as it was heated. The community has new tennis and pickle ball courts which was great because we do play pickle ball. There were 2 beach bikes for us to use and that was very convenient as the bike path is right across the street from the community entrance. We flew in and it was nice having beach towels to use as well as not having to bring or buy shampoo and conditioner. Loved that there were some coffee pods(Keurig) to start us off. Overall great stay- we will be back.
