2nd time renting Ryan’s place! Beautiful views, great kayaking, and lovely house. Great updates ; with newly painted inside and out. Sharp knives, high quality toilet paper and paper towel! We will be back
We loved this location. Right on the water. It was awesome to have the kayaks so we could kayak through the mangroves and out into the ocean to go scuba dive.
Ryan is a wonderful host and his manager, Kendra is the best! If you want peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, this place is perfect. Also, we literally caught bonefish right in front of the house.
I decided to stay at Ryan's house with my family for our very first trip ever to Roatan. I did not want to stay in the main tourist area. I wanted something a little quieter and slow paced. This place was the perfect choice! It is right on the water. My wife and I enjoyed getting up early every morning and drinking our coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near the mangroves. Kendra was amazing throughout our stay. She was very attentive and helpful with information about beaches and restaurants to try. My son and I enjoyed kayaking out and checking out the mangrove for ourselves. The entire stay was simply amazing. Would recommend a stay here.
Ryan was excellent at communicating. His manger, Kendra, was also fantastic! The house was clean, spacious and everything we could ever need. The location was great. Easy to drive anywhere from the island from there. Love the east part of the island. The mangrove put our backyard was beautiful to kayak and swim. Get Salty tours is a three minute walk away to do all boat tours- they were a fantastic family as well. Will definitely be staying at Ryan’s house again!!

I had the pleasure of hosting Rachelle and her family at my rental home for a few weeks, and I couldn't have asked for better guests! They were respectful, considerate, and left the place spotless. Communication was seamless, and they were mindful of our home's rules and belongings. I highly recommend Rachelle and her family to any host, and I hope to welcome them back to my home again soon. 5 stars, without a doubt!
This place is a little off the beaten path. You will definitely need a car to get to the house as it is about an hour from the airport. My husband and I like to really get a feel for the island and mingle with the locals. Mrs Kendra met us at the house and went over all the details in and around the house. This house is very comfortable with AC in all bedrooms and fans through out the house. The kitchen has everything for cooking ( the good pans and sharp knives), and all the appliances are newer. It also comes w salt pepper and some other spices. The beds all have nice quality sheets and bedding. You can’t beat the views and you are right over the water. The ocean in front and just out the back door is a small dock to load and unload the kayaks to get to the mangroves, or put kayaks right in the water in front of the house. This house is located in a small residential community. If we needed anything or had questions Mrs Kendra was a phone/text away. She makes the BEST baleadas on the island.
My wife and I and my parents booked this trip. Sadly when we arrived at Roaton airport my wife was informed that because of a small tear in her passport she wasnt allowed in country. Me and her were put back on plane back to states. (check your passport!) My parents stayed, however everything was in my name, vrbo, rental car etc. a taxi ride to the house later they met the property mananger Kendra, who took very good care of them with food, rides etc. Parents said it was a very nice home with great views.

Dear Dustin,
I was so sorry to hear about the unexpected issue with your wife's passport and the challenges that followed. I appreciate your important reminder to always check our passports before traveling!
I'm relieved to know that Kendra, our property manager, was able to provide your parents with the care and support they needed during their stay. I'm thrilled to hear that they enjoyed the home and its beautiful views.
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I hope you and your wife will have another opportunity to visit us soon.
Best regards,
Ryan
...because then EVERYONE will want to stay here! I cannot rave enough about this property. We didnt want to stay in the tourist-heavy part of Roatan and instead chose to look in the east side of the island. Jonesville Point is a perfect rural area that feels local. The house sits across from access to the mangroves, and beach front to the ocean. The best kept secret? The snorkeling is literally in the front of the house! We had no need to book a tour, or go out on a boat... we simply walked out the door and into the ocean! We will absolutely come to this house again, it's a fantastic stay. Our host's house manager was a wonderful earth angel, and made the most delicious food! All sent to us via a boat in the mangroves. Nothing beats a home cooked meal while we sat on the patio looking at the sunset. It was the proverbial "icing on the cake" of an amazing stay.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're overjoyed that you felt at home in our little paradise on Jonesville Point. The snorkeling really is unbeatable, and we're glad you got to experience it firsthand. Kendra is great and her culinary skills are definitely a bonus - we're grateful to have her ! And We can't wait to have you guys back to share more of Roatan's hidden secrets with you. Until next time, thank you again for being an amazing guest!
We thought this place was amazing, but had no idea how great it was until we spent our second five nights in town. I wanted to turn around and rebook this place and come back. Picture your grandparent's cabin getting an upgrade along with your grandkid's new modern day appliances. Thank you for having such nice cookware! The second place we stayed did not even have handles on some of their OLD pots and pans. It was so wonderful to be able to sit out on the deck and look at the ocean all day and the moon all night and to be able to just take the kayaks over to the mangrove area and swim and snorkel. If you take the kayaks over to the tip of Bennett Island right out front of the house you will see the best snorkeling we saw there, or you can walk over as there are flats in front of the house. Bring your fishing pole and you can fish for bonefish right in front of the house. You can take the kayaks through the mangrove canals that run along the back side of the house to Jonesville and over to the mangrove area where the tourist boats come, floating bar if you want to beer. They have everything you need here including a washer and a dryer. We did hang our clothes up to dry as it seemed more fun and energy friendly. You won't get a bunch of ad on hidden fees here what you see is what you get and what you get is amazing! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a true beach vacation. Loved it!

Just stayed for 10 wonderful nights. Ryan was very responsive and Norris and Kendra ensured we settled in well. Beds were so comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Quiet and secluded. Great snorkeling in front. 5 kayaks available which we took out everyday. You will need to have a car as it is off the beaten track.
