Welcome to this beautiful Lake Top Lodge! Vacation or Work-action , this house checks all boxes! Enjoy amazingj views of the water from a huge front covered porch while sitting at the highest point of the lake.
Enter the home to our single floor home and enjoy the spaciousness for everyone!
A massive 11 foot dining table will greet you in the heart of the home, with Gorgeous real hardwood floors adding to the Pocono charm.
Craft your first vacation cocktail at the bar with wine refrigerator and let your getaway begin!
The large kitchen has everything you could possibly need to create your favorite meals, with dishware for 14. The spice cabinet is usually full for you as well! Take advantage of the beautiful granite island with seating for 4, always a popular place for all to gather as it offers so much prep space and storage.

The cozy living room is decorated with funky pieces, offering lake views, a great gas fireplace, lots of seating and plush carpeting.
If work / school demands can’t be avoided, don’t skip a beat with free high speed Internet, desk & extra monitor.

Don't forget to find the game cabinet and Game Room in the basement (only part of the home not on the main floor)
POCONO RACEWAY GAMEROOM:
Challenge your friends and family to a game of Pool, Ping Pong or ESPN Dual Basketball , Foosball and darts.

*Master bedroom is a KING bed with Smart TV, en suite full bath, room
darkening shades and ceiling fan.
*Guest bedroom 1 : has a FULL over FULL BUNK with a SINGLE bed . ceiling fan, 2
large closets and bureau
*Guest bedroom has a QUEEN & FULL bed with bureau, ceiling fan and room
darkening shades
Both guest rooms have central AC, Master has portable A/C

BATHROOMS:
*Master bathroom: shower tub combo, heated floors, towel warmer,Iron,
hairdryer and holds the washer/dryer
*Guest hallway bath: located between bedroom's 2&3, with walk in shower
towel warmer, hairdryer.

OUTDOORS:
HUGE front porch with plenty of seating provides the perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous lake views
Enjoy a great soak in the 6person Hot Tub for 6 out back
Grill a great dinner on the gas grill
Firepit with seating for 6
Fenced rear yard
Hightop table seating for 4

You can also hang out in the beautiful enclosed knotty pine 3-season room with a big glass table with plenty of seating for more gaming or social time.

THE LAKE: Summertime guests can get into the water at the bottom of the hill. Take our 2 Paddleboards and hit the water or rent some wakeboard, tubing, pontoon boating fun!

We are 1 mile to Split Rock Golf Club or H2Oooo water park, 6Miles to Pocono Raceway, 7miles to beautiful Hickory Run State Park which has a beautiful free beach to the public, Boulder field or Austin Blakeslee Natural area. Can't forget the white water rafting excursions, ATV, horseback riding or Paintball!
Choose from 7+restaurants in the area, just 1.5 miles from the home!

In the wintertime, Ski/Snowboard/tubing is 2 miles to BigBoulder, or 4 miles to Jack Frost.
Furry family members are welcome if housebroken for additional stay fee

Guest Requirements
Guest must be 24 years of age to book
~Guest will be required to sign our Short Term Rental Agreement sent via
Our guest portal and send proof of identity via valid drivers license.
~Any sort of smoking must be done outdoors
~Pet Fee $40Per Pet/Per Stay
