This is a newly renovated apartment 2 bed 2 bath ground/ first floor apartment with one ensuite and private patio. It is located close to a major hospital (Banner University Medical Center is 10 min away) and shopping center (St Philips Plaza is next door, El Charro, Sullivans and Trader Joes) in a very quiet neighbourhood. This is a fully furnished and comfy apartment which will be great for relaxation. You will find it to be a safe place to get away and unwind. You are most welcome.

We enjoyed the condo but would have liked to have patio chairs to use the patio. It was very well supplied except for a toaster. All appliances were top quality and the condo was very clean. We love the access to the Loop and dining at St Philips Plaza.

Clean, convenient, and well put together place

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was spacious, clean, organized well, and felt centrally located to many nearby activities/sites. We used the pool and hot tub as well. We would definitely stay here again, a very comfortable spot! The host was great with communication.

We were located nicely in the middle of where we needed to be in Tucson. This place is clean, quiet, and had plenty of room for us. We had our dog with us, so being located with easy access to the Loop walk was great! Nicely furnished, and comfortable. Would stay again.

The apartment was very well equipped. No toaster though.Directions were a bit of a challenge. River Road is very busy and a bit hard to turn off and on. Hosts were very approachable and helpful when we had questions.

We had a great stay. Clean and safe surroundings. Unit was clean and easy check in. If the owners could add a couple of pool towels that would be great. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our 3 day stay and the local golf courses.

Nice place, very clean. Lots of amenities in kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Great for family get together including a new jigsaw puzzle and lots of books. Wine was a nice touch

Great location and great amenities

Perfect size for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch! Can’t beat the location. Close to St Philips Plaza, River Park Trail, and Trader Joes. Convenient to the UofA. Would definitely stay again.

Super Clean/Great Location

This is the cleanest rental I have ever had the pleasure of staying in either domestic or international. Condo is quiet, well-appointed and in a great location near all activities. Parking is right outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and super clean. The photos don’t do the rental justice. It’s a great place!

Thanksgiving lodging

The property was in a good location for us to visit nearby family for Thanksgiving. There's a wonderful walking path right behind the property. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen could have used a few more items (e.g. toaster) but, since we only had breakfast there, it was fine. It is close to restaurants and shops. There's a good coffee shop just a two minute walk on the path.

Beautiful Place

We loved the condition of the property. Comfortable furniture. Only problem is there needs to be mats for traction actually in the primary shower. One of our family members slipped and fell. Also there was hair in the sheets of the bed in the secondary room.Otherwise it was a great stay for the price!

Location was very hard to find off River Rd. Need better initinal directon.Shower curtIn in front bedroom kept falling down.Stovetop was greasy when we got there.We did e joy our visit and not trying to be picky.
