The Villages

The property was a very nice house in a great neighbourhood but was let down by a few things.The living area furniture was VERY poor, 1 sofa which had a tear, the TV was balanced on a plank of wood! and the bar stools were badly wornThe lanai furniture was coved in black mould and the cushions were unusable Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine

Microwave very dirty. Shoes of former owner in closet. Clothes of former owner in drawers, closet and hamper. Many pictures of family on wall. Plastic on windows in lanai torn badly. No mailbox key provided. House very dark. House not prepared well for rental. Original house we rented was withdrawn and this was substituted. Not ready for prime time. Very disappointed. .
