Charming, fully equipped farmhouse located 4 minutes from Brookville lake, 15 minutes to the local marina, and only 10 minutes from town. The sprawling, beautiful backyard with mature trees can be enjoyed while relaxing on the large back deck. The owner’s horses are kept on the property and enhance the breathtaking view. Inside, you’ll find the theatre-like family room with a 70” TV, electrical fireplace, and large sectional with dual recliners.
If you’re traveling with kids, there’s a wooden playset (suitable for children over 6 yrs of age), children’s books, toys, and family friendly games available.

Great location while at brookville lake

We had a great time staying here. The property is beautiful and used the fire pit at night time. Very roomy for 6 adults. Great location while we were at brookville lake during the day!

Absolutely loved the charm of this house. Perfect location to the event at Lake Shore Resorts. Very friendly horses. Will be staying here next year when I visit.

Family summer vacation

We’ve boated and stayed in the Brookville area for several years. Since our kids are all adults, we needed to find a place that could accommodate all of us and 2 dogs. This place was perfect! Close to the lake and the golf course, which we golfed there 5 times!! Even caught a Reds game and fireworks at Brookville. Just a nice time and this place was perfect.

Sisters Country Retreat
