Private, screened in lanai with dining table and chairs.

The VDP complex amenities include heated pool, hot tub, grill area with tables and chairs for outside dining, mini putting green, shuffleboard and two tennis courts, which one is made to be also used to play Pickleball..

We offer year round vacation rentals with a one week minimum stay required although we favour longer stay for you to enjoy!

Sarasota Villa

This villa was immaculate and equipped with everything needed to be comfortable upon arrival. There were so many unexpected conveniences , such as coffee, detergent and sponges, paper goods and beach equipment galore!! We really appreciated not having to run out to the store for necessities! Pool was clean and never crowded. Home is beautifully decorated and probably better suited for adults rather than small children. A very lovely place to stay and near everything!!
