In the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This newly renovated studio is less than 3 minutes to the beach and is the best studio condominium in the building. The condo has wonderful pool and garden views and has been completely updated in 2024. We give you 2 adult bikes and one child bike to use during your stay. This alone will save you close to $500/week. We are close to all the amenities that make Santa Rosa the perfect spot. Walk or bike to coffee shops or restaurants. We are walking distance to the Old Florida Fish house, Seaside and WaterSound. This Is a wonderfully quiet area of Santa Rosa. A great heated outdoor pool awaits your arrival after a hot day on the beach which is a short walk away. This will be your go to destination for years. We have a full kitchen for your use and the entire property was fully renovated in January 2024. We sleep 2 adults and one child on a pull out sofa we offer several bicycles to choose from for your stay. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach.

Great location and great condo

This is a great unit at Beachfront II!! Super clean, comfortable bed and the location can’t be beat. Owner is super communicative and I look forward to staying again!

Great Studio Condo Near Beach!

This studio condo was perfect for my wife and I. Very well done interior remodel with a classic 30A beach vibe. Very short walk or bike ride to the beach. Great balcony deck overlooking newly landscaped pool and pavilion area. Rene, the host, was always quick to respond to our requests and questions. We will definitely stay again!

Convenient Stay

Great place to stay! We’ve stayed in 5 different units in this building (we’ve been vacationing in Seagrove for 15 years!) and this is now high on the list! A few of my favorite pros: plenty of bath towels, comfy bed, the dehumidifier, and 2 beach chairs. Cons: the AC reset to 75 degrees early each morning so we woke up hot, and you can hear the folks walking around above you. We will definitely keep it on the list to revisit in the future!

Thanks for the 5 star review. Ref the negative about the AC. They called me after 4 days there and we got that taken care of within minutes. I wish they called me earlier. We would have solved it on day 1.
