Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave two keys on the dining room table. Lock all doors except side cellar door. Close latch on the inside cellar door in the dining room. Leave key in lockbox and ensure it clicks locked.
Close and lock all windows. Ensure windows are fully pushed to top when locking. Turn off a/c and all fans. Empty the refrigerator and freezer. Wash and put away all dishes, pans, and utensils.
Trash and recycling bins need to be put out Sunday night, placed across the street behind the white line to the right of the front door of that house, not on the lawn please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No open flames of any kind in the house and on the porches, including candles. No fire pits as they burn the lawn.
