Details:
Cabin 2, one of four residences making up Spinnaker's Vacation Cottages, is located 250 steps to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Holmes Beach.

Cabin 2 is a cozy one-bedroom cottage with a private entrance and beachy decor in the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home.

Spinnaker's Vacation Cottages are four individual residences with a shared laundry room and shared outdoor space. The backyard features a heated pool surrounded by pool loungers and Adirondack chairs. Guests will enjoy the gas grill and dining poolside under the umbrella at the patio table.

Cabin 2 is a dog friendly home! If you have added a dog to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. Please note, there is a 2-dog limit, some restrictions apply.

Catch the nearby free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

My husband and I needed a getaway and this was so ideal. We brought both or dogs with us and found perfect accommodation. Walking distance to the beach, bars, gym, coffee shops. A shared pool but well maintained. Loved the amenities the place had (beach chairs, wagon). We would 100% come back to this place.

Amazing vacation!

This was our first time in Anna Maria Island,, and we plan to make it our new vacation spot! We loved it all. Very mellow island and very quiet. Adheres to noise ordinances. Very family friendly. We rented bikes and rode daily for hours, up to cafe, to the piers, bean point. Our house was perfect! Location seems to be about central to all we needed. Very clean and stocked well! Clean pool. We would love to rent it again!

My favorite place in the world

This is our second time staying at Spinnakers Cottages in Cabin 2. I absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home and is well appointed with everything you could need. It is clean, relaxed and beautiful . Just a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants and to the AMI trolley. After mornings spent at the beach it is nice to come back to Spinnakers and relax in the pool . There are pool toys, beach chairs and beach carts available for use too. We also loved the BBQ grill and the free laundry . I hope to come back every year for our family vacation.

The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. The property had pool towels, beach chairs, beach wagons, beach umbrella, and tent, free laundry, etc. Kitchen excellently stocked! The bed and sofa were comfy. Nice, roomy shower. Excellent accommodations. We arrived at check in at 4:00 on Saturday. The air was not working. I messaged the host through VRBO and did not receive a reply. Our first night was pretty hot. However, I call at 9:00 am Sunday morning and by noon the HVAC repairman and come and gone and our unit was cooling efficiently. Very convenient to everything. AMI is beautiful!

Perfect little spot!

My husband & I loved this quiet little spot close to everything. It was clean & beautifully kept up. We had everything we needed! The only complaint would be the air conditioner being set on 72°. We like it cooler at night. It wasn’t an issue this trip (there was a fan in the closet) and the weather was cooler. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much! MM

Cute Cabin

Everything was great with the exception of the pillows on the bed....they were horrible...and the sheets did not feel like 100% cotton...this unfortunately made a good nights sleep almost impossible...Vacation is for rest and relaxation...this property is just short of perfect. Pillows should be down feathers and sheets should always be 100% cotton or linen or even bamboo...Otherwise we really liked the place!

Very tropical landscaping! Quiet and clean.

We loved staying in cabin 2. Would love to come back next year but will have another couple with us and need more room for about the same price per couple. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The sofa sleeper was a bit worn out (but clean) and our friends were uncomfortable (sofa sleepers are usually uncomfortable) on it. So, the owners brought us a very nice blow up bed! So nice of them.
