Cool modern mountain house

Cool modern mountain house. Nice amenities. Living room is a little on the small side. Hot tub is great. No fireplace. Very well stocked kitchen. Big decks. Excellent neighborhood. Bathrooms are a it on the small side.

In the beautiful Donner Crest neighborhood where all the private homes sit on large lots. We can walk outside and get on the Donner Rim Trail within seconds (on a bike) right from the end of our cul-de-sac! We love the paved path going to downtown Truckee too!.
