The open concept living, kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space for everyone to be together and the beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace adds a wonderful warmth to the room. The main level includes a bedroom with queen bed, full bath, open concept living, kitchen and dining area and great slider doors leading out to the large deck overlooking the Rocky River. The second level provides a bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with twin and double bunk bed and full bath. On the lower level there is additional sleeping with twin size bunk bed (2 twin beds) and full size bed and a family room with pool table. From the lower level you can also walk outside to the Rocky River. Although the river is rocky there is an excellent sandy path that leads you to the water’s edge. Here you can set up your chairs and enjoy the sights and sounds of Mother Nature!

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.
