This meticulously restored farmhouse has incredible views in every direction. Modern comforts are mixed with original building materials harmoniously. A bio swimming pool and olive orchard bring out nature's beauty in this private, tucked away gem.
This villa is located in the Marche countryside. A gorgeous hilly terrain halfway between the mountains of the Apennines and the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic. The last house on a dead-end road, privacy and silence dominate this peaceful setting. The farmhouse was carefully restored for over 4 years, while every detail was painstakingly looked after by a family building the house to last for generations.
The house is 350 square meters on two floors and includes an attached one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette that can be accessed from within the house or a separate entrance. In addition to the attached apartment there are 2 bedrooms (one queen sized bed, and one extra large king sized bed) with en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, and one with two single beds that have access to a full hallway bath with dual sinks and bathtub/shower. The downstairs portion of the house includes a spacious and airy living room open all the way to the ceiling of the house with a balcony that circles above. The large kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances including large dual-door refrigerator with freezer and ice-maker below, which is a precious commodity in Italy!
The villa is set amongst a beautifully landscaped outdoor area that includes a 75-tree olive orchard, a soccer field, fruit trees (cherry, apricot, fig, peach, pear, plum, and quince apples), nut trees (hazelnut and almonds), a garden reed area with secret paths to explore, and the crown jewel – a bio natural swimming pool.
The bio natural swimming pool has clear water and contains no chemicals. The water is filtered naturally by a careful selection of algae consuming plants and gravel filtration systems. The water is kept in constant circulation, much like a river, and the pool is its own mini eco-system. The swimming area is large, approximately 4 x 15 m, and it is plant free. It is connected to the gravel regeneration zone by a low retaining wall that has lily pads, grasses, reeds, stone steps, and other vegetation. Animal life in the pool consists of frogs, salamanders, gorgeous dragon flies, and more. Swimming in a chemical-free pool leaves your skin and body feeling refreshed and healthy. It is a unique experience that will harken back to days swimming in lakes, or splashing in streams. Once you swim in a natural pool you will not want to go back to chlorine.
The interior has modern appliances and is set up for relaxation after days outside. There are no TVs on the premises, but there is a theater-quality projector with stereo surround sound complete with a 2,4 m x 1,8 m screen. A multi-region DVD player and an extensive DVD collection provide lots of entertainment options, as well as an HDMI connecting cable to attach a computer to. The 2nd floor bedrooms are airy and have fabulous views of the countryside. An outdoor pergola eating area provides serene evening cocktails, with views onto the olive orchard. In the summertime, thick walls, and a gentle breeze often helps ease the summer heat that radiates down lower in the valley.
There are two exterior video cameras that monitor the surveillance of the grounds. They are clearly visible on wooden poles on either side of the house.

This house is absolutely beautiful and that goes for the view and the bio-pool too! It's out there in the sticks, but that is part of the charm. We would definitely stay there again.
Mason's country house is simply amazing!
In August I stayed there for a week with a group of friends and we just fell in love with it. You feel at home and completely relaxed. The pictures don't even show half the beauty of the place!
The house is isolated on a hill but you can easily reach it from Jesi. The view stretches above the hills as far as the eye. The pool of natural water is a wonderful surprise, to swim surrounded by lotus flowers, dragonflies and the view on the hills feels like heaven.
The house is huge, both the living and sleeping areas are very spacious; everything is perfectly cleaned and furnished with beautiful design decor. The sitting room has a large screen and you feel almost like in a cinema. The kitchen is really big and has everything you could need. We ate in the outside patio overlooking an expanse of olive trees and it was exceptionally relaxing.
Last but not least, Mason and Alex are perfect hosts! They gave us all the useful information before our arrival, suggested us restaurants, shops and interesting places to visit and even picked us up the first day to show us the way to the house.
We had a perfect relaxing holiday and we can't wait to go back in this enchanting place! Thank you so much!

Thank you Myriam for such a wonderful review! We loved having you and your friends stay at our villa, and enjoy it as much as we do. I'm so glad you enjoyed our suggestions and that your holiday was a great one. We would be thrilled to host you again!
