Welcome to our beautiful 6 bedroom cottage off Buckhorn Lake and on the edge of the Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park. Come for excellent swimming, fishing, hiking, boating, bonfires, and time spent having fun and relaxing. Our cottage is winterized and can be enjoyed all 4 seasons (snow shoe and ATV trails nearby).

Hang out in the hot tub, play yard games, sit by the fire, or curl up and enjoy a movie in the theatre. This place really does have it all!

Two marinas on the lake system offer all the necessities, including boat rentals should you wish to do so. The town of Buckhorn is 15 minutes down the road and has everything you'll need from firewood, to groceries, to LCBO.

The cottage is located in a peaceful neighbourhood just off Hwy 37 for easy year round access with cars. By boat, it is connected to the famous Trent-Severn waterway. ATV and Snowmobile trail passes right nearby. Plenty of trails and year round activities nearby such as hiking, biking, boating, fishing, cross-country skiiing, icefishing.
Self Check-in between 4pm and 6pm. Our guest communication team are on call until 7pm to ensure your check in goes smoothly.

Absolutely no parties or additional guests not included in the reservation. Parties will result in a fine equal to 100% of the security deposit regardless of damages.

Absolutely no smoking indoors. Any trace of smoking indoors will result in a fine equal to 100% of the security deposit regardless of damages. If smoking outdoors, please properly dispose of butts.

Keep noise to a minimum past 10PM. We have neighbours on both sides, and noise complaints will not be tolerated.

The house is on a septic system. As such, please do not flush any sanitary napkins or other items down the toilets.

We are a pet friendly listing, however we do ask that you disclose any pets you'll be bringing to the listing. Larger, shedding pets will be subject to an additional cleaning fee ($40). Our neighbor has a dog, Oliver, who is lovely, and likes to be informed in advance if there will be pets visiting our cottage :)
