Completely unacceptable

Problems started with no directions given for check-in until 30 minutes before check-in was allowed. Arrived to find somebody cleaning broken glass from a broken TV in the house, door broken the house is a total mess. Person told us there was an issue with previous renters. But then it became clear that it was days ago. As we did not have other options ended up staying there, only a single lightbulb worked in the whole house, no toilet paper, did not feel safe. could not wait to get out of there!
