The Space:
Step into this cozy Colorado Springs suite, where you'll feel right at home in the heart of the city. Just a quick drive away from downtown and top spots like The Olympic Training Center and Garden of the Gods, this place is all about convenience and comfort.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire place to themselves. The property has 3 other units on it however all tenants are quite and respectful.

During your stay you will have access to the entire unit with it's own private exterior entry! We welcome you to feel at home during your stay and enjoy all the wonderful food and drinks just a few minutes away located all around the Downtown area!

The Neighborhood:
Less than a mile from downtown Colorado Springs and two blocks from the popular Memorial Park and Prospect Lake. There are electric bikes for rent at the end of the street through the PikeRide phone app.

Only about a mile away and you'll find some of our personal favorites downtown to include COATI, Denver Biscuit Company, Shuga's, and Phantom Canyon! There are plenty of coffee shops nearby, even as close as a 5 minute WALK to Switchback Coffee Roasters, a quaint coffee shop that has great WiFi too!

Getting Around:
Take a short walk (0.3 miles) to the beautiful Memorial Park and Prospect lake or make the 20 minute walk West to downtown COS. Ubers are plentiful and cheap. There are electric bikes for rent at the end of the street through the PikeRide phone app. All COS attractions are within a very short drive from the property.

When driving to Downtown Colorado Springs only take 4 minutes, no matter what you're in the mood for, you're sure to find it very quickly! If you're looking for more of an adventure, walking to the restaurants and bars downtown is also only about a 20 minute walk if you've got the time to spare while on your vacation!

Great places to eat and places to visit are just minutes away. If you'd prefer someone else make your coffee (no worries because we do too!) Dutch Bros Coffee, Starbucks, and Switchback Coffee Roasters are all close by! Just a few minutes away, you have to check out our favorite Mexican food (Dos Santos Tacos and T-Byrd’s), great burger joints (Bingo Burger and The Skirted Heifer), and several amazing breweries (Phantom Canyon, Cerberus, Oskar Blues, and Bristol Brewing). For breakfast, you cannot go wrong with Denver Biscuit Co!

We recommend renting a car or using Uber and Lyft (ride sharing) to get around.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

This is a private basement unit! You have your own entrance and door code.
Trash location: as you exit the private entrance, look to the right and you will see the main trash bins.
