This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

It is really convenient, the staff is amazing and the condos are roomy and right on the river. There's nothing like stepping out onto your balcony and having a stream right there. However, condo 303 is in need of some TLC! Needs updating...mold in bathroom around air vent...in top of shower...big holeIn door. Overall cleanliness was ok...it’s just hard to get past a few things. The beds are comfy but are just laying there on top of metal frames and look really old. If some TLC was given and they required the owners to update and maintain the condos I would have zero complaints.

A peaceful place

This was a great rental for us with our 2 adult children. Plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to spread out. We walked all over Gatlinburg and avoided tons of time in traffic. We were close to trolley stops, but opted to walk to where we wanted to go. We only drove one day when we wanted to go tubing on the river.
