Lance was a great host. The girls loved the pool. Plenty of shade and sun. It was very chill and we loved it. Beautiful view from the sunbed. House had personality. Lots going on. Overall you can’t beat the price for the location and accommodations.

This stay was all about enjoying the sunshine and relaxing outside. The backyard was a A gold star! There are multiple lounge areas, and incredible pool and spa, two gas fire ranges to keep you reading into the evening, after the sun sets, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The covered outside table seats six, and was excellent for a breakfast meal alfresco, and the whole backyard felt so safe and private!Would stay again, the host was such a delight - super helpful, friendly, and available to support if needed!

hi guys I just came across your review. I didn’t really look at it before I know we had a problem and I can’t believe you said there are cameras in every room. I only own two cameras one is the doorbell and one is on the gate the new gate one wasn’t installed and it was left in a planter And I sent you a text to call me. I wanted to let you know it was there but you never replied back so if you could please take down your comment on cameras in every room because there are not, and if you think there are cameras, can you describe them for me Because I don’t have them please fix my business. We had the nicest stay at this property . The backyard was the perfect restorative spot with a lovely pool and spa and garden landscaping. The sound of water was so peaceful and the neighborhood was so quiet that naps by the pool were practically mandatory. The house itself was cozy, eclectic and artistic. As another reviewer said, it's an older home with a few quirks but it was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. Our host was both accommodating and responsive to our needs. There is a previous reviewer who mentioned cameras in every room. We did not have this experience and think they may have misconstrued some of the Simply Safe products that are designed as motion detectors for home safety, not cameras. (We have this same system at our home).We loved the proximity to downtown Palm Springs, the airport, and hiking. We would definitely rent this home again.PS The beds are incredibly comfortable!

Great property with amazing outdoor oasis

While the house was a bit old it was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The outdoor area was amazing and really made the stay with a pool, hot tub, BBQ and multiple areas to enjoy and relax. It was also close to many great eating places and a short drive to the main strip. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Perfect home for a girls trip

The house and Lance were both amazing! We can’t wait to come back. The check-in process was easy and the house was beautiful. The location is walkable to a few restaurants and super close to downtown. Highly recommend.

We had a great time over Thanksgiving. Our Grand children visited for lunch at the house And loved the garden and the pool. A great time For us all. Very comfortable. Just the kind of Retreat - quiet neighborhood - my husband were looking for. Hope to go back soon.

Full disclosure, this is an older home, and as such has some quirks with the occasional sticky door and drawer... But, that being said, this place is great! The beds are SUPER comfortable, and the pool/spa/patio/yard area is awesome! The locations easy to get to a d close to some fun restaurants (Billy Reeds for old school charm, Booze hounds for the dog lovers), as well as great neighborhoods to walk in, and even a trail to hike not far away. Great stay!

Really enjoyed this property. We booked it very last minute and Lance was really accommodating. Having stayed in Palm Springs multiple times at different rentals, this was a refreshing change of scenery from the regular all white and neon colors that are so common in Palm springs. As some other reviews have noted, building is a little bit on the older side, so there’s some stickiness with drawers, etc., but it was clean, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The backyard was magical with lots of different vegetation and nooks and crannies. It was beautiful in the day and in the evening when all the lights were turned on. We were traveling with two large dogs who very much appreciated the cool AC inside ;-), but also some of the shady patches outside. It can be hard to find a backyard in Palm Springs that is anything other than hot concrete which is really tough on the dogs paws, so this was a real plus!The area had some wonderful homes around it, but one thing to note is there aren’t really any sidewalks. This didn’t hinder our ability to walk the dogs as we were out so early in the morning to beat the heat, but just something to note for anyone who may be planning to walk with families or dogs in the future. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for grilling and cooking. All around great stay, thank you lance!
