We loved the location and found the unit quiet and very comfortable. We used the pool more than the locals seemed too, we had some nice warm weather for January and February. Tucson has lots todo and we stayed busy.

Location is good, safe and quiet. Amenities were good. Pool heater was broken for the first half of our stay, but once fixed it was a nice, heated pool. Enough room for two and owner provides all of the necessities for a rental.

Well equipped residence

Easy stay. Owner thought of almost everything. Very clean. Would stay there again. Only suggestion is a little more lighting in the bedroom. Great location.

Stayed for a few months and really enjoyed my time. The host was extremely communicative and made the check in process very easy. They got back quickly with any questions I had. I felt very safe in the complex and really appreciated the easy parking with the reserved covered space. The pool/hot tub are honestly really nice and with the gym, make for some great amenities. Plus you have easy access to the walking path and to some restaurants and the grocery store nearby. As with most bottom units in apartments, the walls are not soundproof but my neighbors were all kind and respectful so no issues there. My only critique would be that the carpet could maybe use a professional clean due to some staining, but otherwise the unit was clean and in good shape with everything working. There were supplies present for the bathroom and kitchen, which I really appreciated.I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a short or long term stay at a safe and cozy complex in a good location in Tucson.
