Fantastic town home, multi-level 2nd & 3rd floor unit. Over looking the canal. The unit is done in neutrals with pops of color throughout. A large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. Dining room seats 6, living room has large TV. Lanai off of the living room is carpeted and glass enclosed. Both bedrooms are upstairs, master bedroom is a king with private bath, remodeled with large walk-in shower. Open balcony off of the master bedroom overlooking the canal. Guest bedroom across the hall with 2 twin beds. Also private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have T.V's. NO WI-FI in this unit! 2 Heated Pools, 2 Lighted, Private Tennis Courts, BRAND NEW Fitness Center, Newly Remodeled Clubhouse with Computer, Printer and Wi-Fi, Beach Attendant with complimentary use and set-up of beach loungers and umbrellas 7 days a week! Unit sleeps a maximum of no more than 6 people. Enjoy your vacation in one of the premier units at Midnight Cove!
