This home features a king owners, bedroom with, Comcast cable, smart TV and direct access to pool lanai. The queen bedroom has private on-suite bathroom also with Comcast cable, smart TV. Third bedroom with twin beds, TV plus, bath.

The home is furnished in modern contemporary style with wide-open kitchen and sliders to the pool area that opens the entire house, up to a great room concept. With open sight lines to be engaged with all your family and friends. For your entertainment the home features a Foosball table, and Comcast cable, smart TV in the family room as well as a Comcast cable, smart TV in the living room where you can relax on the Stress-less recliner. The lanai also has a pool toy box with plenty of toys to enjoy the hot Florida sun in a refreshing pool. If you want to explore the neighborhood, five bicycles are supplied in the garage. My wife and I had a amazing time in this beautiful home! The look on my wife's face when she walked inside seeing the place in person was honestly the most memorable thing about the trip to me. This place is everything and more than what is in the listing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation.

Well appointed suitable for 3 generations of family, or in our case just a couple using the superb master bedroom, walk in wardrobe, great shower and twin bathroom.Fantastic outlook, with superb heated pool. We didn't try the hot tub as the pool suited us perfectly. Kayaks and bicycles to use.Sondra and Bob were the perfect hosts, instant reaction to any questions we had.

What a wonderful house & host! Sondra was in constant contact with recommendations & tips. When we walked in the house there was even a bouquet of flowers & balloon wishing me a Happy Mother’s Day! House was one of the cleanest we have even stayed in! If we ever make it back to Cape Coral, we will stay here again!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE — A TRUE CAPE CORAL PARADISE!WOW! From the moment we arrived, this property completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need for an amazing Florida getaway.But the VIEW… absolutely breathtaking! Waking up and looking out over the lake was incredible, and spending time by the pool and spa quickly became our favorite part of the trip. The outdoor space is truly paradise — peaceful, private, relaxing, and the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day.The home itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making sure their guests have an exceptional experience. Everything felt welcoming from the minute we walked through the door.The location was fantastic, the property was gorgeous, and the entire experience was seamless. This is one of those places you almost don’t want to tell everyone about because you want to keep it a secret! We made some incredible memories here and are already talking about coming back. This was our third trip and we never have a bad experience. This is one of the few places that provide basic supplies in case you forget anything and a whole kitchen full of cooking utensils and spices and a nice little coffee bar with a few snacks. We keep coming back because this is the place we go for peace and quiet and relaxation. We might leave to go try a local restaurant, but other than that we get groceries and just don’t leave. With pretty good fishing off the dock, the pool and hot tub along with a good nap in one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in we have no reason to leave. Sondra and Bob are both the kindest and most helpful hosts as well. They let us know that we could check in early this visit and in the past have always been a text away for any questions no matter how silly the question might be. They check in at least once to make sure we are settled and in the past have let us know if there were any changes with the lawn care guy or the pool guy that was different from their detailed welcome folder.All in all just a wonderful place to go. We hope to keep coming back for a long time coming.

I can’t thank Sondra and Bob enough, the villa was amazing and the amenities were perfect. The owners kept in contact with us and gave plenty of information about the area, where to dine, and what to see while we vacationed. We did our 30th anniversary vow renewal on the patio and it was perfect. If you decide to see beautiful Cape Coral let me suggest staying here, you can’t beat it.

Staycation!

Little drive from Tampa for the 4th of July weekend. Was hopeful to hit the nearby beaches but the iffy weather kept us at this lovely villa where there was really no need to leave. Gorgeous fireworks visible over the big lake. Pool and jacuzzi made it an easy choice to stay in and hit the beaches on our next trip down!

We love coming to Cape Coral. We came to Cape Coral in 2010, for winter vacation and rented a vacation home and continued to do so for years. In 2015 we bought Villa Lake View. We love the big lake view and the privacy of the over size lot, and we think you will too. Summers are very fun with the pool and spa, and covered lanai to hang out with friends and family. We have been happy to hear, of all the great times our guest are having. We know you will too! .

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is in the popular Southwest section of Cape Coral where it is close to shopping, great restaurants and downtown activities. But most of all because of the big, beautiful lake view and the wide open interior space of the home that seamlessly flows to the pool lanai.

What makes this property unique

When we opened the door and saw the glass walls, with the big lake view and the open and relaxing feel of this home. We knew it was the one! Quiet neighborhood, warm and relaxing pool area. Very private lushly landscaped yard.
