When you enter through the door, you will find yourself in a home that was completely updated in late 2023. Immediately you notice the open floor plan and the completely remodeled Kitchen and living room area featuring all new appliances and furniture. As you continue exploring the home you will locate the two bedrooms and the two completely remodeled bathrooms with tile showers and vanities. You will notice all the furniture in this home was purchased in late 2023 including the full size washer and dryer. This home is practically brand new inside and out!

At the end of the hallway you will locate the master bedroom and the second bedroom. The master bedroom features a queen size bed while the second bedroom features two full size beds. Need more space? The sofa is also a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. Both bedrooms feature Flat screen TVs and another TV is in the living room area so access to all your popular smart TV apps and Wi-Fi is easy to find. We also have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience along with tons of amenities and games.

At all of our properties we feel it is very important to offer our guests all the amenities we can and we want you and your guests to have the best experience. Enter a friendly competition on the ping pong table or play a game of darts on the dart board. Enjoy the outdoor bar area or use the two bicycles to cruise the neighborhood. Relax around the Fire Pit or enjoy the outdoor seating on the ground level or the back porch. Fish from the back yard or enjoy the other amenities like the basketball goal, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas. There are beach towels if you want to relax in the sun on the beach or board games if you want to play games inside. We also supply propane for the propane grill and the fire pit. No matter what your looking for, this home has it all and there are tons of things to keep friends, family and guests entertained.

There is also dish detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, towels, wash clothes, extra sheets, blankets, pillows, pots, pans, and all utensils to make you feel right at home. This home is fully stocked and furnished.

Want to bring your boat? There is a free public boat launch less than a mile from this home. You can easily launch your boat and park park it at the home. Its a short ride to the Jordan river where there is plenty of fun!

Want to spend the day at the beach, enjoy a waterpark or visit the casinos? Bay St. Louis Beaches are only a few miles away and the beautiful Pass Christian beaches are just a couple miles further. They are known for some of the quietest beaches around. Old Town Bay St. Louis is a short drive and has unique shops, restaurants, and great nightlife. Buccaneer Bay Waterpark is also nearby along with great cities such as Long Beach, Gulfport and Biloxi. New Orleans is only an hour away and is an easy day trip. This home has it all and is in a great location to access everything the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer.

Guests have access to the entire property including the front and back yard. The only access not available to guests is the small owners closet were we keep supplies.

If your arriving early and the house is available we will be glad to give you an early check in or make arrangements that fit for you.

The afternoon before check-in a random door code will be generated. It will be sent to you along with other check-in instructions around 5pm. We offer an easy self check-in!

Please no smoking in our home. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. You will be satisfied! There is plenty of seating in the front or back yard for smoking.

There are security cameras on the outside entry ways to the house pointed at the doors. There are also a cameras under the home showing the parking area and pointed at the driveway / road. These cameras record 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside of the home, only on the exterior
