WELCOME TO JASMINE PLACE!


Jasmine Place is a beautiful and enchanting home conveniently located next door to the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and just across the street from the Key West Lighthouse.

You are marveled with the grandeur and history that is so well maintained when looking at this home from the street. The two-story home, behind a white picket fence has brick steps leading to a large front porch and grand balcony that perfectly overlooks the Lighthouse.

Upon entrance, the Jasmine Place celebrates original carpenter hard wood flooring beneath the open concept features of a family friendly, entertaining home. The spacious living and dining areas lead directly outside through kitchen’s French Doors. The inviting light makes this home a perfect place to relax or entertain.

The first floor serves as living space, kitchen space, and has one full bathroom that access the outside patio. The bathroom is also equipped with a washer dryer unit. The clean, white kitchen has the perfect view of this spacious backyard. This allows the tropical breeze in while watching friends and family outside grilling, swimming or lounging.

Up the original wooden stairs, the second floor of the home has two bedrooms and one full bath. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, and large windows. The second bedroom has a king bed and also has large windows to allow that natural tropical light in. The balcony on the second story has a perfect view of the Key West Lighthouse and overlooks Whitehead Street. The entry to the balcony is through a common area hallway and has chairs for relaxing.

The backyard is landscaped with a tropical, local plants. The deck and private pool allow plenty of space for lounging, grilling, and outdoor dining. Plenty of outdoor seating can accommodate all your friends and family!

The proximity to Duval Street, shopping, restaurants and the many activities Key West has to offer are walking distance. Although there is no need for a car, there is a private, gated, narrow off street driveway for your use only. Small cars only, SUV's will have a hard time parking here).

This is not a shared pool.

Also the management company was helpful and responsive without being overbearing.

Great Location!

Beautiful upgraded older home with all the amenities you could need. The pool area was wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the historic lighthouse across the street. Great location for us too. We walked everywhere. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great stay at Jasmine Place. Communication was super, check in was easy, and the location is perfect. We could walk everywhere, and the house was a beautiful place to recharge, hang out at the pool, or people watch on the porch. Loved that it's also pet friendly! Highly recommend this lovely home!

The location was so peaceful, and the pool was wonderful. Being across from the lighthouse and next to the Hemingway House was perfect, it had a cool kind of retro vibe that was fun, but we were still within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants and shops.

Great location

The house is charming and stocked well. Enjoyed the pool and cooking our freshly caught fish. The location is ideal, as it is with in walking distance to all local attractions and Duval Street. Quite a treat being right next door to the Hemingway property. We had a black cat visit us each morning.,which we enjoyed.

Great house in perfect location

Our family of 4 (plus Chihuahua) had the most wonderful stay at this home! The house has a lot of character, is clean, spacious, and has everything you could need. The backyard is the best part with the swimming pool and deck, along with a wonderful black cat that came to visit us each day. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony and front porch watching all of the people walk by. The neighborhood is cute with many good restaurants close by. We will definitely return to this home on our next visit back to Key West!

Great location!

Great location, didn’t get to use the pool as it was cold and rainy while there. Thankful we found space heaters as the house has no heat. It did smell, I guess owner smokes?? At any rate location is great. Bed comfy. Overall not bad.

Clean and Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Having a private pool was great. Angela made check in super easy. The house is in a great location, it was within walking distance of so many places we wanted to go. The only drawbacks were that you are literally right next to Hemingway house, we could wave at the people on tour and the driveway was tight. I was able to park my Suburban but had to climb out the passenger door. I would definitely recommend this house and will use Preferred Properties again!

Nice place close to the action

Convenient location one block from Duval st. Given the age of the house, the windows did a poor job of keeping the noise out. Weddings nearly every night next door at the Hemingway house until 10-1030. A lot of road noise from cars and mopeds. Enjoyed the patio and outdoor space. Tiny driveway, don’t expect to fit an SUV.

We loved the location, pool, exterior of house is charming and enjoyed the porch, nightly band entertainment from Hemingway House. The interior and furnishings (especially the beds) could use some updates. The ad is correct when it says you would hear bands at the Hemingway house. There was a band 3 of the 5 nights. A couple of nights it was fun to sit on the porch and listen but we were thankful there was no band the last night.
