We had a wonderful time in Hot Springs and the home was very nice and spacious enough to hold our large group. Sue was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to the area.
Overall everything was great. Sue was our personal tour guide. She made sure we were aware of all the events and places to visit. She was wonderful. House was very comfortable with a great view of lake hamilton.
Great space for a large group. My only drawbacks were the beds were not the most comfortable and there are several stairs to get down to the water. However the host was so accommodating and the spot had everything we needed!

This property was just perfect for our family reunion! The space was more than adequate. It was very clean and had everything we needed! The owner was very kind and understanding with a mishap that took place. We would definitely rent this property again if needed!

This home is full of love. My large group of 13 loved the home, the multiple living areas.
Thank you Sue for sharing your home with my family!

You were perfect guests. Did you do all that laundry and cleaning? Please come again. Sorry about air conditioner. The part has been ordered. Thanks for reporting so we could get on it. Summer is here!! Did Tom tell me the shower backed up?? I’ll get our plumber over if so. Thanks. Sue and Bob.
As a multigenerational family, this home was perfect for us. The split level design made it special for the kids to have the downstairs together, and the adults could stay upstairs where the access was easy.
The kitchen had plenty of utensils and supplies for us to cook meals.
The view of the lake was beautiful.
And swimming off the dock was fun too!
Thank you!

Maria, it was a pleasure having you as a guest in Hot Springs. The best thing you can do in today’s world is to have families spend time together and have a good time doing it. Thanks for coming and hope you’ll come again. Sue and Bob
The lake house was excellent for my family for a 11-day stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We had bedding for all age groups. The boat dock was just what we needed. The kids, as well as the adults, thoroughly enjoyed the lake for boating activities or just floating around. The walk to the dock was a little steep for older adult but younger ones had no problem with stairs. The property manager was very helpful. Would use this property again!

Judy, we’re so pleased your family enjoyed your stay. I strive to make the house homy and comfortable for all ages. I wanted it to be useable so as not to have to to be concerned about normal family living—spills, water and tear, etc— just down home family living. I do have some projects as the downstairs porch improvement and painting swing and dock furniture. Thanks for your comments and for choosing our house. Sue and Bob

Great house!
We had a group of four couples and every thing was great. From the house being open when we got there to the wonderful view from the sun room (where we stayed most of the time). It worked well for us. One person said it was so much better than being in a hotel. Plenty of hot water, good lay out and easy to work in. The house was also easy to find with GPS. We'll look for it next time we go to Hot Springs. Tom was friendly and accessible.
Communication for this property was not lacking from when I first booked until after we checked out. Great family and very understanding of the many questions we had. They welcomed my family and my brothers and sisters family, along with our parents. ( 10 adults 6 kids). It was the perfect location for us all to get together. Plenty of space and beds for us all. Kids toys galore, swimming equipment, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and a list of places in the area to visit. We will talk about this vacation for years. Kids caught their first fish right off the doc in the backyard.
Thanks again for lending us your beautiful vacation home.
The sunroom is the centerpiece of the home. As soon as I woke up in the morning I would make my way to the wooden table with a cup of tea and enjoy the lake view. That and the deck over the boat dock were my 2 "happy places" in this home. Plenty of space for adults and a bevy of teenagers! Tom was helpful and always available. We had a happy home for our boat on the covered lift as well.
There are some areas of "wear and tear," but I consider it signs of a home well loved. I would have preferred a little more space for my own toiletries in the master bathroom and groceries in the kitchen, but these minor quibbles did not detract from overall 5 stars. Thank you, Sue, for sharing your home!
Nice property with plenty of room and amenities. No need to bring any cooking/baking equipment...there are multiple of everything you can imagine. The best part is the view! The room facing the lake is all windows and oh what a view. I could sit there 24/7 and be content. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for a few days. We had an awesome family Thanksgiving!
We travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of houses but have never been in such a well stocked house! In addition to the normal items you would expect, they also had life jackets, games, videos, records, magazines...awesome! Also, have access to a boat lift and other spot which worked out well since we brought two boats. Relative to skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing, it was a great location. We will be coming back in the future.
This house was perfect for our family -very child and family friendly. The layout is perfect fo everyone gathering together and plenty of areas for private spaces too. House was clean, everything we needed. The view of lake & mountains is amazing. Easy drive into downtown Hot Springs. Definitely recommend this house for people of all ages.
We had a wonderful time - this house has a lot of room - plenty of space for everyone to have their own room (family of 8) and plenty of space for all kinds of activities.
The house is large and spacious. The large dining table overlooking the lake was our favorite spot to gather. The location was just ten minutes from the main hwy and it was easy to get to our destination around Hot Springs.
The kitchen was adequate, but filled with equipment that made finding things a bit challenging. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of the lower deck. We had to clean the cobwebs away and the chair covers were old and dusty. The view is great.
Tom was great and answered our questions quickly and was very helpful with an emergency we had.
I would recommend this house for a large gathering. Everyone will have a relaxing time.

About the host

My wife and I live in Pine Bluff, AR and it was our life long dream to own a lake home on Lake Hamilton. We have 2 daughters in Texas, one daughter in England and a son in Little Rock and 9 grandchildren. The family reunites regularly at the home.
Why they chose this property
We chose Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, not only because it is so convenient to Pine Bluff, but also because it is so beautiful and has so many attractions.
What makes this property unique
Just getting in a party barge and riding around the lake looking at the beautiful homes. The shopping is magnificent. If you have never been to a horse race, you're missing a lot of fun. And Garvin Woodland Gardens is a must see. So we enjoy the same amenities that our guests come to Hot Springs for.
