This luxurious desert home with private casita welcomes you home through the gated courtyard entry with fireplace. The spacious great room over looks the refreshing pool & spa with natural rock waterfall and expansive golf course and mountain views. The great room is open to the formal dining room with wet bar and wine cellar and is separated from the kitchen and breakfast nook by a three sided fireplace. Additional amenities include travertine flooring, a firepit, built-in bbq island, surround sound and golf cart. Four of the five bedrooms are en-suite and have French doors that lead out to the serene center courtyard with outdoor fireplace. Whether relaxing by the pool & spa or in courtyard this home was designed with entertaining in mind.

Large Oasis

We spent our New Years in an Oasis. The property is beautiful and spacious. Beds were very comfortable, used the outdoors hot tub, pool, fireplace and firpit for our cozy nights. We just had a great stay here for Stagecoach weekend. House is u shaped with center courtyard which was nice to have one family on one side and other family. Master bathroom is huge with 2 toilets. Loved lounging by the pool and BBQed during the day. We had breakfast at Ernie's each morning which you could walk, bike or golf cart to about 1/2 mile away. Nice views of the golf course but sits above slightly so you still have some privacy. Would stay again.

Wedding week in La Quinta

Donna’s house was the perfect size and space for my family of eight. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was great for cooking and gathering. The pool was a bit shaded but that was because of the time of year. Could use 1-2 more lounge chairs for the large group we had but we made it work. Loved the outdoor fire pit and made s’mores 3-4 times. Thank you Donna for a lovely time in your beautiful home.

Why they chose this property

This home was originally purchased as our primary residence. So all of the upgrades and furnishings are not what you would find in a typical rental home. We just installed a new Sonos music system so you can listen to all of your own music throughout the home.

What makes this property unique

We love to enjoy some great wine from the wine cellar and either sit in the courtyard by the fireplace or in the backyard by the firepit. We also love sitting in the pool under a umbrella in the beach entry area which can accommodate 6-8 people. When not relaxing around the house there are some great restaurants near by and of course great shopping, golf and entertainment throughout the various desert communities.
