I like the unique set up of 2 separate homes and served well for our group. The house has somewhat of a European flair with no carpet or tile on floors- just cement for an unfinished look. Our 2 primary concerns are there are no TVs at all in either house and the bath towels were very used and some had stains on them.My recommendation would be bring your own towels, be careful as neighborhood was a little sketchy but the stay was fine and appreciated the late checkout. The host was responsive. A lot of space, just difficult to come down for a weekend of college football to have to watch on phone or iPad.
