3/2.5 two story home very close to downtown, beaches, Jags and events. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, creamer complimentary. Sen-si temperature control unit. Ring cameras throughout the property. Schlage lock for safety. Extra linens and lots of space.Family friendly and smart TV's in every room. High speed internet.

Very nice patio on the back porch with firepit. Beds and linens are comfy. Soap, conditioner and body wash provided. Very family friendly

The neighborhood is a re-developed area in Mid Jacksonville near River Walk and St. Johns River. The home is so close to many areas of interest. Neighborhood is full of families and children. Neighbors barbecuing and kids running along outside all day.

What makes this property unique

Very nice ammenities because we like that when we travel. The details in the home make it comfortable and a place for memories with family or friends while in Jacksonville. We want the guests to be happy. The property is a great value for the area.
