Amazing vacation!

Great access to the beach. A very nice pool. Condo was spacious and confortable. Gated entrys to give a sense of security ( though outside gate i dont think was unsafe) area surroinded had a bunch of stray dogs and cats. Very friendly , 2 actually layed on our blanket with us on the beach

Average stay, maybe too pricy for issues

The location of the condo is great if you are looking for quiet seclusion. It has beautiful views of the beach and mountains and it was great to be able to walk out of the complex right onto the beach. While the beach was convenient, it was riddled with trash. You could cross over the trash berm and get to some nice sand, though. The rooftop terrace is super nice to have, but has limited furnishings and seems underutilized. The condo its self has some new furnishings, but the kitchen and bathrooms are quite dated. The stove top was dirty. Kitchen supplies were limited, we only had 3 knives to share and the closet doors in the bedrooms and hall would not stay on track or would not stay closed. We had difficulty with ants throughout the stay and sprayed the bathrooms multiple times, but could not get rid of them. We had to store all our food in the refrigerator to keep the ants at bay, even gummy vitamins. The host was super responsive to messages, though she only provided the check in info when I let her know we landed, which add to the hustle bustle of traveling. She also sent a text message at 6am on check out day with instructions, which is a little early wake-up call if you have a later flight.

Meeting people from different places and doing all I can to make sure they enjoy their stay is what I love about hosting. I have 2 dogs and 13 chickens (not at this location). I've traveled abroad some and hope to do a lot

Why they chose this property

The location is so serine that all your troubles melt away. The penthouse is located right on the beach and there’s a pool you can enjoy. Less than 20 minutes away is the rainforest which you can see from the terrace!🤗

What makes this property unique

It sits right on the beach and it's so peaceful! It has a large terrace where you can enjoy outdoor eating. From the terrace you can see the ocean and the El Yunque (rain forest)!🤗
