This beautifully decorated home sits on the wide end of a peaceful lagoon featuring a lighted bulkhead for evening gazing at a serene fountain. Tucked away on the West end of the island with access to two community swimming pools, and two docks on Jinks Creek. You'll have no trouble relaxing while catching the perfect sunset view or cozying up with family after a quick 5 minute walk to the beach.

The house was as pictured, convenient to pool and beach. The only part the wasn’t 10/10 was that after walking across the floors, the bottoms of my feet were black. There were lots of cleaning supplies in the house so I was able to mop it, so our feet weren’t dirty all week.

It’s a nice place! The rental company was very responsive. On a week of heat advisories the upstairs was never under 74 degrees and many times as hot as 77 degrees. The rental company sent out a heating and air person who said there was nothing he could do and the coils were falling apart until he received the owners approval. The downstairs was never under 72 and temps reaching 75. Not to mention the thermostat was locked. Otherwise it was a great stay! Hopefully this will be resolved soon!

great family house

House was ready on time and was very clean upon check in. Communication was great! Couple small issues came up but were quickly fixed. Plenty of space and just a short 7 minute walk to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood
