Only a 5 minute walk to Blue Stairs South Beach and Kids Corner playground. Only 1 mile from downtown shops and restaurants. Large backyard with fire pit, Weber Genesis gas grill, and patio furniture seating for the entire group.

RELAX, ENTERTAIN, ENJOY
We have built Sunset Haven specifically for family gatherings of our family and yours. With nearby activities for everyone and located on a quiet side street, it is the perfect place for making memories.

SO MUCH LIVABLE SPACE
Sunset Haven sleeps 12 (all beds-no pullouts) comfortably with several gathering spaces large and small. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, remodeled and furnished the entire home, a huge open eating area, and so much more!

A King size bed in the master bedroom with an on-suite full bathroom, which includes a custom tile shower. 1 Queen size bed in one hall bedroom and another 2 bedrooms with 2 full size beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Full bathroom on the main level with tub/shower unit and double sinks. Basement full bathroom shower and double sinks. There are 2 eating areas, 2 family rooms, and a large open gathering space.

The property is fully furnished and includes central air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, 2 Keurig coffee makers with coffee and creamer provided, microwave, 2 smart TVs, WIFI, DVD player, blow dryers in all bathrooms, patio set table & 12 chairs, 4 beach chairs, gas grill, fire pit, bathroom towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with many spices sm/med/large pots/pans as well as table service for 16 people, silverware, cookware, and utensils.

You will enjoy the refreshing Lake House charm in the decorations. There are many local amenities and attractions to keep you busy. You can enjoy a day at the beach, rent a jet ski or kayak on the nearby Black River, take a bike ride on one of the 2 nearby trails, go fishing, or take a walk to downtown shops and the pier.​

There are also local wineries, golf courses, and places to pick fresh fruit. But one of the most memorable moments is watching the sunset over the water near the lighthouse. It's very peaceful and refreshing, your own haven.

Great for Extended Families

Sunset Haven was the perfect property for our extended family trip! Lots of space for everyone to comfortably be together. Great house

We had a great time. House was very clean and spacious. Loved how they had beach chairs and toys available, plus bags to play in the garage. 5 minute walk to beach and kids corner playground about a 3 minute walk. Host was very responsive to questions and helpful. Recommend for sure.

Great visit to South Haven

Nice place, close the the beach, and about a mile walk to downtown. Was with four adults and two infants and had plenty of space. Property was clean and in good condition. Would definitely stay here again!

First time in south haven wont be the last

Beautiful home. Very well taken care of. Hosts were fantastic and super responsive. Would highly recommend staying here and when we come back this will be the place we would stay again

Nice simple basic place to stay, close to the beach

Everything was in order and very nice, plenty of room and very well kept. Only thing it lacked was any soap or shampoo in the showers.

My husband and I have been small business owners for over 15 years. We have 2 children, who absolutely love and enjoy our South Haven house. We are from a Northwest Suburb of Chicago, IL.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to South Haven for over 10 years. Every time we come we enjoy the downtown area, beach, Kids corner, farmers market, wine tasting, golfing, and picking blueberries. It's a nice way to get away from it all without going far from home. We also love walking to the lighthouse and we love watching the sunsets. There is so much to do in this beautiful town. We were also attracted by the cute downtown area with fudge shops, candy shops, and ice cream shops. We just truly love the atmosphere and we have never met nicer people to be around.

What makes this property unique

This house is located on a private street with a large .25 acre backyard. The best part is the 5 minute walk to the beach and only being a mile from downtown. We have owned the house for over 8 years and decided to make some big changes. We recently renovated Sunset Haven specifically for family gatherings of our family and yours. With the finished basement, it is now 2800 sq ft of space, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 12. There are 2 eating areas, 2 family rooms, and a large open gathering space. Outdoor dining area on concrete patio with enough seating for everyone. The finished basement includes a bedroom, full bathroom, finished laundry area, Arcade and Foosball table. Located inside the garage, there is an EV Charging Station (level 2 chargepoint). With nearby activities for everyone and located on a quiet side street, it is the perfect place for making memories.
