Leave any used towels in the tub or shower (no wet towels on the hardwood floors please!).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental Agreement Req'd. $300.00 Security Hold, > 25 Y.O. to rent. No Smoking, No parties, No Fireworks. Must be > 5 Y.O. to be in sauna or hot tub.
2 Dog max., with approval and non-refundable payment of $100/dog/stay. No dogs < 1 year old. Dogs must be kenneled when not under direct supervision.
Griddle-scrape and re-oil surface. Keep cover on hot tub when not in use. Max 4 car parking on drive. Don't block sidewalk or park on street.

This property offers 2 living areas giving families more space to gather and be together. The back deck can be enjoyed almost year round as well. The deck overlooks the big back yard which features a fire pit and string lights. The trees provide a canopy in the Spring and Summer and it is really nice!
