We were pleasantly surprised how close we were to the beach and how awesome the proximity was to all the restaurants and wine tasting restaurants nearby! What a beautiful house and what a beautiful layout!Probably the best view in all of Avilla Beach

This property is everything and more than the listing. We had 5 adults and one four year old child. There is so much space, beautiful space. The location is unbeatable. I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful beachfront property in Avila Beach. Gorgeous and well maintained home. Perfect for our girls weekend! Parked the cars and did not leave the garage until check out. Would book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Great property with plenty of room for our family of 6. Avila beach is such a great little town and has an amazing beach. We only left the town to do a Zipline excursion, other than that we stayed local for 5 days! Highly recommended.

Overall, a very good vacation. The host was very accommodating and prompt to our enquiries. The WiFi issue at the basement needs to be fixed and light above the stove needs to be changed as well.

Wonderful property!

We have stayed here two years in a row. The location is ideal, the house is well-equipped with beach towels and toys. The roof space is amazing with fire pit, grill, fridge, corn hole and a view that cannot be beat.
