Avila Beach is easily California’s greatest getaway. Close, convenient and economical — yet a world apart. Here resort living takes over, and entertainment is in the fresh salt air. Delightful oceanfront restaurants, wonderful local wines, and a variety of shopping for everyone.

Besides the well appointed indoor kitchen, this condo also has a Ocean View outdoor BBQ kitchen. Location is a true benefit of this Avila condo. To be able to stroll a few steps from this condo and be on the beach or in the center of downtown Avila is a pleasure.
