Riverside Pickleball Retreat with Hot Tub and Dock

Relax with the whole family or a group at this peaceful place to stay. Situated within walking distance of the Columbia River, this spacious home is perfect for a retreat and relaxation. There is room to breathe and run with your arms stretched out! A private boat launch is available, with whips for your boat and a buoy to store a jet ski. Plenty of parking is available for boats, cars and jet skis. There is a state of the art kitchen with double ovens and the microwave also has a convection option. The kitchen is well equipped to meet all of your needs. This house has 3 master rooms with en suite bathrooms including double sinks. These three bedrooms have dressers, nightstands with usb ports and ceiling fans.
All 4 bedrooms have blackout shades for a good night’s sleep. The living room has comfy leather furniture that includes 5 reclining seats with usb ports also. There is a gas fireplace in the living room which can be used for heating or ambiance with a no heat option. There are 3 smart TV’s in the house.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Pickleball Court: Non-marking soles only and Pickleball play only. No skateboards, roller skates, or anything with wheels allowed on the court.
Guests Allowed: (DAY AND NIGHT) is the number of confirmed guests on the reservation. Any additional guests must be approved by the owner/host.
We are on a septic system so no flushing grease or fats, coffee grounds, chemicals, feminine hygiene items, wipes, q-tips, hair or gum.

We stayed here for our anniversary - it was perfect! Nice, quiet, comfortable. The hot tub was amazing. I really liked the view of the river and hills from the back porch. Breakfast by the propane fire was fun. It was a great stay!

We have a pickleball court, dock, hot tub and lots of grass to enjoy outdoor activities. We also have en suite bathrooms with all 4 bedrooms in our house. There is lots of parking to fit plenty of cars and a trailer for a boat or jet skis.
