This home was good for a quick getaway. We enjoyed the spacious primary bedroom and bathroom. The rooms upstairs would be a delight for families. The pool in the back came in beautifully after spending the morning hiking in McKinney State Park which is a mere 10 minute drive from the house. We got to enjoy it while watching the planes flying by from the airport. The big screen tv and comfy couch were a good way to end the day watching the games and unwinding. This house overall gave a good relaxing atmosphere that couples and families can enjoy. Clean and spacious made the experience even better.- Marlon S.

Do not rent this property from this owner.Our experience with this host was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. We were looking for a house in the Austin area and accidentally booked two properties (my wife and I were looking at the same time). Within 20 minutes of making this reservation, we realized our mistake and immediately contacted the host to explain the situation and request a cancellation. Despite the fact that we notified him almost immediately, he refused to provide any refund, simply stating that the cancellation was outside his policy.We decided to make the best of the situation and split our time between the two properties. Unfortunately, the condition of this house gave us even more reason to regret the booking.The property had several significant issues:There was no smoke detector on the main floor, which we found extremely concerning from a basic safety standpoint.The grass was severely overgrown—approximately 6–8 inches high in some areas.There was broken outdoor furniture on the property.Throughout the process, the host was unresponsive and difficult to deal with. What should have been a straightforward situation turned into a frustrating experience.Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend against renting this property. The lack of responsiveness, poor property maintenance, and serious safety concerns made this a stay we would not repeat. Rent elsewhere.

The property was okay but the issues that were raised were the AC unit went out and the hosts didn’t try to get it fixed or refund me. The house got very hot due to the extreme temperatures and I had to relocate my family and the hosts were very rude and unapologetic. I left a day before my check out day and they didn’t respond to me or try to accommodate me because of the house situation with the AC. Also one of the rooms upstairs had a very bad smell as if a dog was living in the room plus the carpet has stained spots all over the house. And they should spray the home for insects we seen roaches coming out from under the stove and refrigerator. I’m not putting them down because of the ac unit going out. I’m warning others what type of people they are and the condition of the home. Over priced for what they advertise
