We are new hosts! we loved Saint Augustine so much on our many visits we decided to buy here.
Why they chose this property
This is an amazing and underappreciated neighborhood! Super close to everything, shopping, breweries, groceries, close access to the features that make the old part of town awesome, and equally close to modern amenities.
What makes this property unique
We have a great large back deck with a fully screened in back porch so you can relax and enjoy being outside while not having to deal with nasty mosquitoes and bees. We provide bicycles so that you can easily ride to downtown. We also have a professional size table tennis on the back porch.
