Here, you can unwind at the heated pool during the day or head out on a sight seeing boat tour to experience the local wildlife and unwind on your private balcony at night. Or, walk to many popular restaurants on foot to taste the local flair. You are less than 10 minutes walk to Clearwater Beach's iconic Pier 60 and even closer to restaurants, night life and sight seeing tours.

Parking: There are two parking spaces available in the townhome garage and one space for a vehicle directly outside of the garage only. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises. We do not have any further parking available then the 3 spaces mentioned.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Smoking: This is Non-Smoking building, no smoking allowed anywhere on premises.
Accessibility: In home elevator
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap.
Cameras/Security: Please note there is a ring doorbell on the front door facing the exterior. This captures audio and video.
