Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash including bathroom trash bags out to receptables by the parking lot. Please leave unwanted food in the refrigerator and we will dispose of it.
Leave all sheets & blankets on the bed. Leave all towels & washcloths in the bathroom. Please turn the heat to 74 or the heat to 65. Please make sure that all windows & doors are closed completely.

Great place for an event, very clean, quiet, great deck. Melissa was very communicative. House also had drink coolers which was a nice surprise. Outside firetables were very nice. Felt secluded, but not too far from town. Would definitely come back!

This place was amazing! We saw 3 white squirrels playing!

We had a great relaxing weekend sitting out on the covered wrap around deck and watching your white squirrels of the morning before we went hiking and of the evening after we got back. Love the windows across the front and how open and airy it was. We got to see a wedding happen across the road. It is a place we will definitely book again.

Life’s Good

WOW! That’s the best word to sum up this Amazing place! Right near Brevard, close to lots of cool shops and Downtown shopping and Restaurants. Very convenient and oh so AMAZING! This place was off the chain! The attention to detail was super evident everywhere you looked. Great craftsmanship and definitely a designers touch of elegance. These folks thought of everything. I literally could have just stayed in the room or out on the covered deck. Clean as could be, perfect touches everywhere. The showers were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and all the decorations were so tasteful. Soft towels and rags, cool lighting everywhere and heated mirrors.. I’m just telling anyone that this was my best stay ever and I traveled full time for 20 years. It truly felt relaxing from the moment I walked in, this was just a pleasure trip to scope out the area and man was I shocked. I really wasn’t expecting such a luxurious place. I stayed in the larger house that had two bedrooms and I felt like I could have just moved in. I can’t give this any better of a review!! A+++++++++
