NEW 650sq ft Attached* in-law apt
NEW 650sq ft Attached* in-law apt. Offers a private 1 car temp controlled garage & entrance w/ Hermosa Creek frontage. Sizeable storage for all of your summer or winter gear! Fully equipped full size kitchen, W/D, KING bed & Queen size sleeper sofa. 2 Smart TV's, plenty of work space, & a patio w/ BBQ & seating. Situated 15 min from Purgatory Resort & 10 miles from Durango. Note* This is attached to our family home where we live full time. This may not be for you if you require total silence.
We live in the main house that our in-law apartment is attached to. We are always around should something come up. We are very available to our guests, and keep good communication before and during each stay we host. My parents Russell and Cheryl who are our co-hosts also live on the property in their own home, and are always available as well.
You will receive a Digital Guidebook directly from us 3 days before your check-in date with all of the important information for your upcoming trip.
Located on 7 acres with a creek running along the north side of the property. Private road, with NO through traffic, newly developed subdivision. Set between a small county road and the Hwy that takes you either north towards Purgatory, or south into Durango.
You will have access to the 1 car garage, the entire 650 Sq. Ft. apartment and our partitioned back patio. You will also have access to the 4 acres of open space which includes chairs and a picnic table along Hermosa Creek.
Our family property spans over 7 acres in total, with 4 acres of open space. 700+ feet of Hermosa Creek access, that is private to our family and guests only. 1bed/1bath with a KING Size bed and sitting area in bedroom. There is a futon in the living room that folds out into a queen size futon.
No steps/thresholds within the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our home.
*We clean and sanitized to meet enhanced cleaning protocols*
You will able to see and hear the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Train as it passes our property on the other side of the HWY each day traveling to Silverton, CO. It has become one of favorite times of the day.
Our patio is partitioned off to provide you your own space to take in the amazing scenic views. You have your own private entrance and garage while staying with us.
We have Business Grade High Speed WIFI on our property.
Note: This space may not be appropriate if you require absolute silence. Our in-law apartment is attached to our family home and there could be noise from our normal day to day life.
